Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in residential valuation and/or surveying.
• Sound understanding of property construction and defects.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 1 and 2 (HomeBuyer) surveys.
• Complete mortgage valuation reports for a variety of lender clients.
• Ensure reports meet RICS Red Book standards.
