Client Account Manager

We are growing our sales function, and we are looking for a dynamic, client‑focused Account Manager to help us establish a new account management function.

This role is key to supporting our existing client base and driving additional revenue through relationship management and tailored service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling additional legal services.
  • Proactively manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and business development, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet revenue targets by identifying client needs and providing relevant solutions.

  • Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with a focus on service excellence.
  • A proactive and results‑driven approach to client engagement.

  • Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Can confidently navigate SharePoint to manage and collaborate on projects.
