HRIS & People Analytics Lead — Hybrid Role
Job summary
A leading insurance organization in Milton Keynes is seeking a People Data & Insight Partner to enhance its HR strategy through data analytics. The role involves transforming workforce data into actionable insights, leading strategic transformation projects, and ensuring data quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid position.
