• Experience in an MI/Data Analyst role with analytical background.
• Proven experience in HR analytics or business intelligence.
• Experience with HR systems and data extraction tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HRIS SME, providing support and training to team members.
• Gather, validate and maintain people-related data.
• Deliver actionable insights to support people initiatives.
