Job Title: Service Owner – Virtual Account Management

Location: Remote with travel to ROI offices (Nantwich, Milton Keynes) and client sites

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary: Competitive

The Role

As Service Owner – Virtual Account Management (VAM), you’ll lead the evolution of one of ROI Automotive’s most innovative services.

VAMs act as desk based equivalents to Area Sales Managers, supporting OEM clients in managing fleet relationships, securing agreements, and driving battery electric vehicles (BEV) adoption.

Acting as both strategist and product owner, you will take ownership of ROI’s VAM service from design to delivery. You will shape how VAM projects are structured, implemented, and continuously improved to meet client and business objectives - driving measurable growth, efficiency, and BEV adoption to ensure every VAM project delivers value for manufacturers, fleets, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, mobilisation, and optimisation of VAM projects across OEM and LeaseCo clients
  • Translate client goals, BEV strategies, and commercial priorities into scalable VAM delivery models
  • Develop frameworks and tools to standardise ROI best practice and accelerate performance
  • Act as VAM subject matter expert for VAM-as-a-Service, providing strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, impact, and client satisfaction across live programmes

What We’re Looking For

  • Have experience designing or leading sales or client-delivery services within automotive, B2B fleet, or inside sales environments
  • Can translate complex client objectives into clear, scalable delivery models
  • Communicate with confidence and build trust across senior client and internal stakeholders
  • Are commercially minded, creative, and comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments
  • Understand CRM workflows, sales processes, and the dynamics of fleet agreements and transitioning to EVs
