Observability Implementation Engineer: Customer Enablement
Job summary
A leading observability solutions company is seeking a Customer-Embedded Observability Engineer in Manchester. This role requires deep technical expertise in observability tools and involves training customers on the Observe platform. Candidates should have at least three years of experience with enterprise observability platforms and strong communication skills. The position allows for both onsite and remote work, with a requirement for up to 50% onsite presence for customer engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise observability platforms, especially ELK stack.
- Strong knowledge of at least one cloud platform and containerized environments.
- Proficiency in query languages and understanding of OpenTelemetry standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing customer assistance for Observe platform adoption.
- Assist in large-scale data migration from legacy platforms.
- Conduct training sessions on Observe platform capabilities.
