Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise observability platforms, especially ELK stack.
• Strong knowledge of at least one cloud platform and containerized environments.
• Proficiency in query languages and understanding of OpenTelemetry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing customer assistance for Observe platform adoption.
• Assist in large-scale data migration from legacy platforms.
• Conduct training sessions on Observe platform capabilities.
