• Ensure compliance with lease provisions and Management Surveyor agreements.
• Prepare and reconcile service charge budgets with Management Surveyor.
• Deliver excellent customer service to occupiers and clients.
• Monitor energy and water consumption for sustainable operation.
• Attend supplier review meetings and monitor contract performance.
