Job summary
A leading blockchain technology firm is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to support its Banking and Capital Markets team. The role includes negotiating complex agreements with top-tier financial institutions and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of legal experience, including in-house training, with a strong background in technology and financial services. This role is remote and requires collaboration across global teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or transactional practice.
- 3+ years of in-house experience at a technology company.
- Strong track record in leading complex commercial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Act as a legal partner to BCM, enabling critical technology services.
- Negotiate technology and infrastructure deals with financial clients.
- Support regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to FMIs.
