A non-profit organization in the United Kingdom seeks a dedicated Human Rights and Labour Lawyer to volunteer expertise for an individual unfairly targeted in a long-term legal struggle. This role emphasizes pro-bono legal guidance, assessing documentation, and developing safety strategies. Candidates should have a strong background in employment law and human rights, along with a compassionate approach. Work can be conducted remotely from the East Midlands, aiming to restore the dignity and rights of those unjustly treated.
WITH-Humanity is dedicated to unlocking human potential by prioritizing well-being, talent development, and intrinsic value in individuals and communities. The organization fosters deep connections, nurtures friendships, and promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion. WITH-Humanity integrates talent development through unique assessments and coaching programs to help individuals thrive and contribute their natural strengths. This transformative approach aims to cultivate well-being, growth, and outstanding performance by unlocking intrinsic motivation and fostering human engagement.
Armies for Humanity is a pilot project, a job creation platform that allows for individuals to self organise and design their own job market based on supply and demand of individuals and communities. It is being piloted recognising that there are so many jobs that need to be done, but they will not always be advertised in the mainstream commercial market place which is based on profit before people. Armies for Humanity is different in that it recognises ALL people have an intrinsic desire to contribute to society, yet the roles and jobs are not always available (supply) because the capitalistic market decides. Here we aim to allow citizens the right to post any type of 'job to be done', provided it is within the limits of 'Interdependent Rules of Engagement' and thus motivate any individual to match their intrinsic motivation and talents to the role.
We are seeking a dedicated Human Rights and Labour Lawyer to volunteer their expertise in support of an individual who has been unfairly scapegoated and subjected to a prolonged 15‑year witch hunt, resulting in significant safety concerns and the inability to return to work.
Location: East Midlands (remote support possible)
If you believe in standing up for those who have been unjustly targeted and want to make a meaningful difference, we would be honoured to hear from you.
