As a key member of our UK&I Health Economic, Policy & Reimbursement (HEPR) team, you will be responsible for assessing the value and cost-effectiveness of designated health technologies to secure their funding and market access.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Creates and executes comprehensive market access strategies through the integration of pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, real world evidence-based review, and health economic modelling activities* Designs, develops, and implements an integrated approach to all aspects of the payer value proposition from early development through its lifecycle* Communicates the unique attributes of the therapeutic area, in relation to respective Healthtech devices, to external multi-stakeholders to ensure the health technology’s value proposition will be recognised and optimise market uptake* Works collectively with payers, including HTA (Health Technology Assessment), reimbursement influencers and other decision makers to ensure the continuous changing reimbursement systems remain fair to all parties involved* Guides the development of economic evidence generation with the end-customer in mind to ensure that the results will favourably impact pricing, reimbursement, and market access as well as market uptake* Conducts comprehensive research: Gather and organize information from diverse sources, including peer-reviewed journals, proprietary data, legal documents, and other relevant literature* Performs critical evidence appraisal: Systematically review and assess the quality, validity, and relevance of both supporting and opposing evidence. Use structured frameworks and methodologies to evaluate strengths and weaknesses* Communicates effectively: Present evidence summaries and responses to health technology draft guidance in written and verbal formats to inform decision-making.
