Residential Conveyancer - Doncaster

£35,000 - £45,000 DOE

A long-standing and highly regarded Doncaster law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established property team. The firm has a strong local reputation, loyal repeat clients and a supportive, grounded working culture that offers genuine long-term stability.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, covering the full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity and remortgages
• New build and shared ownership work
• Regular liaison with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to maintain smooth progression
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and reports on title
• Ensuring compliance with the firm's processes and wider regulatory requirements
