Hours: Zero Hours – Holiday & Sickness Cover

Pay Rate: £12.61 per hour

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Overview

An excitingopportunity has arisen for a reliable and flexible Security Officer tojoin our team at CEVA Logistics, Doncaster. This role is ideal for someonelooking to cover holiday and sickness shifts, including short-notice cover, andwho is happy working predominantly outdoors.

The site is a busylogistics environment, and you will play a key role in maintaining safety,security, and smooth daily operations. Duties include vehicle booking-in andout, monitoring CCTV, and dealing professionally with visitors, drivers, andcontractors.

This positionwould suit someone with minimal other commitments who is happy to be calledupon at short notice and can work flexibly when required.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Booking vehicles in and out of site
• Monitoring and operating CCTV systems
• Controlling access and managing sitevisitors and drivers
• Carrying out regular patrols of thesite (majority outdoors)
• Maintaining accurate records andincident reports
• Responding to incidents appropriatelyand escalating when required
• Ensuring site rules and procedures arefollowed at all times
• Providing a professional andapproachable front-of-house presence
• Supporting site operations during busyperiods, holidays, and sickness cover
• Maintaining high standards of conduct,safety, and security
