Doncaster Councilare looking for a Youth Engagement Worker to work in the Partnership & Engagement Team. The successful candidate must have experience of working with Children and Young People in Youth work settings, assist in the direct engagement and delivery of activity sessions for children and young people across the city.

The ability to be flexible in approach to dealing with difficult situations, working with sensitive and confidential information and working well under pressure is essential. As an engagement worker you will need to be flexible with your working hours to meet the demands of the service users and able to work on average 2/3 evenings per week.

These duties and responsibilities should be regarded as neither exclusive nor exhaustive as the post holder may be required to undertake other reasonably determined duties and responsibilities within the directorate commensurate with the grading of the post, without changing the general character of the post.
