A healthcare provider in Doncaster is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team. This role involves working closely with patients and community pharmacies to optimise medication use, support prescription queries, and enhance the quality of prescribing. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent. We are looking to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist who will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role in the South Primary Care Network.
The role will be working within a great team including eight highly skilled Clinical Pharmacists, six pharmacy technicians, and Care Coordinators, allocated to each practice. Pharmacists working in Doncaster South PCN benefit from the support of a large Pharmacy team who are given protected time to collaborate on a weekly basis.
Those on study pathways such as the CPPE Pathway or Independent prescribing course are given an additional half day per week for their studies. The role involves all aspects of pharmacist support including liaison with community pharmacy.
This role will be based working within the South Primary Care Network.
