An established contractor is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a major social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering over 20,000 properties across Birmingham, including high-rise buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a secure, long-term contract within a fast-paced and supportive team.
- Carry out high-quality painting and decorating works across occupied and void properties
- Prepare surfaces, including treatment of damaged areas, to ensure durable finishes
- Complete work efficiently within set timescales and budgets
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent workmanship
- Liaise professionally with tenants and site teams to minimise disruption
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety standards at all times
- Proven experience in painting and decorating
