You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting user issues, resolving technical problems, and assisting with exciting projects such as software and hardware installations, as well as Audio-Visual setups.As part of this apprenticeship, you will receive off-the-job training one day a week delivered by Lift Schools, working towards a Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship (equivalent to 2 A-Levels).
