Qualifications

• Formal qualification in IT from an accredited university or college or completed an apprenticeship in the field of IT.
• Excellent communication skills in both local language and English.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and resolves IT-related issues effectively and efficiently.
• Ensures computers are ready-to-use for IT users.
• Provides training on common IT issues and self-service tools.
• Manages physical stock of devices and updates the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Conducts regular inventory checks of hardware.
• Coordinates logistics for transporting and relocating devices.
