An IT solutions provider in Bury is looking for an IT Support Engineer with 1st-line experience. This on-site role involves handling support tickets and troubleshooting Windows devices, while keeping a focus on quality and standards. We’re looking for a solid IT Support Engineer with a couple of years of experience in 1st-line (or early 2nd-line) support who’s ready for the next step.
This role suits someone who wants progression, ownership, and trust — not someone looking to coast on a ticket queue. You won’t be thrown in at the deep end, but you will be expected to learn, improve how things work, and see issues through properly.
