- Manage relationships with new and existing clients.

- Run multiple projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support the Head of Projects and other colleagues.

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: 08:55 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (Early finish on Friday). Flexible schedule & travel across the UK and abroad as required.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships via telephone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Manage relationships with new and existing clients and travel nationally and internationally.
- Source, specify, price, sell, order and invoice products.
- Run multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, accurate communication and client satisfaction.
- Support the Head of Projects and other colleagues.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Impeccable customer service experience.
- Solid numeracy and literacy skills; analytical thinking.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to quality and detail; willingness to learn about products.
- Calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
- High standards of personal presentation.
- Experience with bespoke or branded goods is a plus.
- Competency in Microsoft Office essential.
- Full driving licence required.
- Flexible working hours and travel, sometimes at short notice.
- Foreign language knowledge is advantageous, but not essential.
