Project Coordinator

OMGkPop, Manchester, United Kingdom

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum

Hours: 08:55 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (Early finish on Friday). Flexible schedule & travel across the UK and abroad as required.

Benefits: 25 days holiday (increases with length of service), half‑day off on birthday, wellbeing & health benefits, company pension contributions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships via telephone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients and travel nationally and internationally.
  • Source, specify, price, sell, order and invoice products.
  • Run multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, accurate communication and client satisfaction.
  • Support the Head of Projects and other colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Impeccable customer service experience.
  • Solid numeracy and literacy skills; analytical thinking.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to quality and detail; willingness to learn about products.
  • Calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • High standards of personal presentation.
  • Experience with bespoke or branded goods is a plus.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office essential.
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Flexible working hours and travel, sometimes at short notice.
  • Foreign language knowledge is advantageous, but not essential.
