• Interview the candidates yourself to know they are strong candidates.
• Organise conversations between candidate and client.
• Receive a job offer for your candidate and make some commission.

• £28k base salary + 40% commission no threshold.
• OTE in year 1 - £50k; year 2 - £80k+.
• Quick progression promotion within 6 months and another within a year.
• Annual leave 25 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holiday + 7 day office closure at Christmas.

• 2025 grad with a 2:1 or above from a good uni.
• 2024 grad with a 2:1 who has commercial experience or went travelling.
• Minimum BBB at A Level.
• Financially motivated likes working towards goals and commission.
• Hard working will put in all their effort to succeed.
• Charismatic someone who is a people-person.
• Competitive someone who wont give up and will push forward.
