This full-time position offers an annual base salary of £28,000 and a commission structure. Qualifications

  • Degree-educated with a 2:1 or above, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and bring on new business, developing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of placement agreements.
  • Source and screen candidates to match client needs.
  • Set up interviews, prepare candidates, and progress them to offer stage.
  • Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Build and maintain a professional network, positioning yourself as a specialist in the sector.
