We are looking for driven, ambitious and hard working individuals.

Our top client focusing on the Financial Services is hiring 3 fresh faces for a January start.

If you want to earn £50k in your first year, this is the role for you.

Our client is the leading recruitment firm in the finance sector, dominating the industry by building long‑lasting relationships with the most entrusted finance professionals in the market. By keeping rapport, they can bill higher fees than most, with their top biller doing 6 figures. The earning potential in this industry is huge, so you could be taking home £100k+ in just a few years. Our client is looking to expand their team so that they can branch out into the US market and build out their office in New York!

The Incentives
  • £27.5k base with an increase to £32.5k once promoted to consultant
  • 50% commission structure to MAXIMISE your earning potential

The Role
  • Fast‑paced sales role that builds relationships with clients and candidates to help place the perfect candidate for the company
  • Manage the process end to end by negotiating contracts with clients and taking the client through the interview process, guiding them with helpful tips to boost their success when in interviews
  • Build your knowledge of the market and advise clients on the best moves and when to hire
  • Create a strong pipeline of candidates. You need to be organised and precise with not only your diary, but your clients and candidates as well
