Role Responsibilities

• Become a leading expert within the Tech space, focusing on AI, Software and Cloud.
• Bring on new business by negotiating with some of the biggest clients in the industry.
• Consult your clients on the market and how to keep up with current hiring trends.
• Source candidates to join your clients company via advertising, networking, and cold calling.
• Interview the candidates yourself to know they are strong candidates.
• Organise conversations between candidate and client.
• Receive a job offer for your candidate and make some commission.

Incentives

• £28k base salary + 40% commission no threshold.
• OTE in year 1 - £50k; year 2 - £80k+.
• Quick progression promotion within 6 months and another within a year.
• Annual leave 25 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holiday + 7 day office closure at Christmas.
