Trainee Recruitment Consultant - X5 Positions Available

Join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at our specialist recruitment consultancy, established in 2003, with a 20+ year track record delivering retained and contingent recruitment projects for private equity and venture capital firms.

Location: London (Fitzrovia)

Base Salary: £27,000 + uncapped commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1 £45,000, Year 2 £60,000, Year 3 £90,000

Role

We are looking to hire five ambitious consultants to join our Fitzrovia HQ.

Responsibilities

• Understand fast-moving finance markets: Finance, Transformation, Tax, Procurement and Supply‑Chain, Public Sector, and Not‑For‑Profit.
• Engage founders, CFOs, CTOs & senior hiring leaders in business development.
• Secure top‑tier talent through sourcing & headhunting.
• Prep, coach & guide candidates from interview to offer.
• Shadow high performers and deliver on strategic hiring projects.
