Candidate Profile
  • Recruitment experience, ideally gained in‑house within fintech or financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and direct sourcing in a high‑volume environment
  • Comfort conversing with stakeholders at all levels and handling queries professionally
  • Experience in similar global business environments is advantageous
