A community-focused organization in Burnley seeks a dedicated ETC Strength and Conditioning Coach to enhance the physical development of young athletes. This role involves planning and delivering tailored conditioning sessions for players aged 8-16, ensuring they are physically prepared for trainings. You’ll engage with coaching staff and provide ongoing support while exhibiting a commitment to equality and safeguarding. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in sports sciences. This casual role requires flexibility and a passion for community development.

Contract Type:Casual/Zero Hours
Working Pattern:4 hours per week on a Thursday, on occasions, you may be required to undertake additional duties.

Salary:£13 per hour
The ETC Strength and Conditioning Coach will support the Female Football Development Officer (FFDO) to deliver on the Emerging Talent Centre and ensuring our players are physically prepared for training sessions.
