Qualifications

  • Experience in a varied administrative or coordinator role, ideally supporting more than one function.
  • Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks accurately.
  • Monitor aged debt and prepare reminders for overdue payments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls.
  • Complete routine health and safety checks and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Prepare reports and data packs for the Senior Leadership Team.
