Temporary Office Administrator – £13.50/hr

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: 3-month temporary

Our client, a well-established manufacturer supplying products to the motorsport industry, is looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to join their team. This is a key role supporting the business during a particularly busy period at the start of the new year, helping to ensure jobs are set up correctly and production runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be able to start ASAP for initial training days, ahead of moving into a full-time schedule in the new year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review inactive jobs and identify reasons they cannot proceed (e.g. missing moulds, materials, or customer‑supplied components)
  • Cross‑reference technical drawings, job records, and delivery information to confirm what has and hasn’t been received
  • Liaise with customers to clearly communicate any missing items required to progress work
  • Update and maintain accurate job status within the Enterprise Production Management (EPM) system
  • Assist with creating new jobs on the system to support finance and administration teams
  • Provide general administrative support to the office during peak workload periods
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date records at all times
