Salary: £35,019.00 - £49,767.00 (FTE)

Contract End Date: 31st July 2025

Employer Pension Contribution: 28.68% (£10,043.44 - £14,273.17 FTE)

You are an inspiring and passionate educator with a deep understanding of English language and literature, as well as vocational learning pathways. You bring creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom, tailoring your teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners. With excellent communication skills and a commitment to student success, you thrive on helping individuals achieve their goals and develop confidence in their abilities. Ideally, you hold a recognised teaching qualification and have experience delivering GCSE English and vocational programmes, but above all, you have the drive to make a real difference.

About the Role

As an English GCSE & Vocational Lecturer, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students across a range of programmes. Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop learners’ confidence and skills in English, ensuring they achieve their qualifications and progress towards their goals. You will create an inclusive learning environment, adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs, and use innovative approaches to inspire and motivate students. In addition to classroom delivery, you will contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and continuous improvement, helping to maintain the highest standards of education.
