A leading building materials supplier is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Glasgow. This role involves engaging with customers, processing orders, and providing proactive service in a supportive team environment. Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialises in providing solutions and building materials to public sector clients such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about great service and enjoys working with people.
Location: Glasgow area (full‑time or part‑time, flexible working options available).
Hours: 7:00 – 5:00 Monday to Friday.
- Get to know our product lines and services to maximise customer interactions in line with JPS values.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing proactive advice and solutions.
- Use our in‑house systems to process orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Maintain a clean and tidy branch and yard to make a great first impression.
- Maintain stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
