A housing association in the UK seeks a New Home Sales Consultant to manage the sales process and deliver an excellent customer experience across various locations. Salary: £36,599 to £38,525
Employment Type: 12‑month fixed‑term (maternity cover)
Location: Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire (multiple sites)
This role will have a geographical spread across a broad geographic area. The Sales Consultant is a front‑line representative of So Resi and MTVH and has responsibility for delivering the sales budget. You will contribute to the sales delivery and performance across the region, ensuring an excellent customer experience, upholding health and safety requirements, and managing the customer journey from site launch, through lead management and application processing to completion. You will engage with all key internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process.
