Customer Service Advisor - Sales

Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialises in providing solutions and building materials to public sector clients such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about great service and enjoys working with people.

Location: Glasgow area (full‑time or part‑time, flexible working options available).

Hours: 7:00 – 5:00 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Get to know our product lines and services to maximise customer interactions in line with JPS values.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing proactive advice and solutions.
  • Use our in‑house systems to process orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy branch and yard to make a great first impression.
  • Maintain stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
