A leading property services company is seeking a Mortgage Administrator to assist advisors in a busy mortgage business. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of mortgage administration experience and outstanding communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,500 and a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Join to apply for the Mortgage Administrator role at LSL Property Services plc.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a full time Mortgage Administrator to join a well established partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm is a very busy mortgage and protection business operating from offices on the Festival Park ST1.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting busy advisors, focusing on mortgage and protection business. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, lenders and providers.

We are ideally looking for a minimum 2 years mortgage administration experience ideally in Mortgage Brokering. We will also consider applicants with admin experience within financial services / Estate Agency but not necessarily in mortgage broking.

Competitive base salary of between £24,000 - £27,500 DOE and is negotiable dependent on experience.

This role is office based for 3 days per week and remote working for 2 days per week - hybrid.
