We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help oversee all F&B operations across our hotel. From breakfast service to banqueting dinners, you’ll ensure every detail is perfect and every guest leaves delighted.
You’ll have proven experience managing in high-end hospitality, whether that be in a restaurant, bar or running events, in a management role. We’re looking for someone who is a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. You’ll be a leader who is calm, confident and solutions-focused — even when the pressure’s on.
We’re looking for someone to join our team of assistant food and beverage managers who has ambition to grow into the next management role — we’ll support your journey every step of the way, with a variety of management courses, as well as mentoring and coaching you through your career.
