Head Chef – Llama Inn, The Hoxton Shoreditch
We are seeking a Head Chef to lead our Llama Inn restaurant located at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, London. The venue offers 210 rooms and a range of dining experiences with a focus on Peruvian cuisine, featuring ceviche, lomo saltado and a curated cocktail and wine list.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large and dynamic kitchen team.
- Drive innovation and create a culture of menu development while maintaining a framework of classic favourites.
- Prioritise both guest and team experience, motivating and empowering staff.
- Manage kitchen costs, from labour to ingredients, delivering efficient solutions without compromising quality.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure consistent, high‑quality dishes that reflect the brand.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a comparable Head Chef role in a busy environment.
- Proven track record managing large kitchen teams.
- Passion for creativity and maintaining brand standards.
- Strong leadership that fosters a positive team culture.
