This role is office-based in Finchley Central, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for your own properties, yet work together as part of the team, assisting each other and receiving help as needed. We would prefer the successful candidate to be ARLA qualified, but we will help the property manager to obtain this qualification if necessary.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and contractual obligations.
- Advise landlords on legal issues.
- Deal with deposits and claims.
- Oversee day‑to‑day property management activities, including repairs, maintenance, tenancy renewals, and rent collections.
- Conduct regular property inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and tenants, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Stay informed on industry changes and legal requirements, ensuring that all properties are managed in accordance with current regulations.
- Chase arrears when needed.
- Oversee evictions, from negotiation stage to court if needed.
- Experience as a Property Manager or a similar field such as lettings, inspections, maintenance, etc.
- Knowledge of property management legislation and regulations would be beneficial.
- ARLA qualifications or equivalent – a bonus.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving with a high level of attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
The property manager role is based in our Finchley Central Head Office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
