A quality care home provider in England is seeking an Activities Coordinator to promote social interaction and independence among residents. Responsibilities include devising engaging activities, co-ordinating celebrations, and assessing residents’ individual needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills, while being able to lead and drive residents to external activities. A valid driver's license is required, along with experience in a care setting. Ongoing training and support provided.
We are looking for an Activities Coordinator to join our Nursing Home team
The Activities Coordinator is responsible for delivering a programme of thoughtfully designed activities and events that promote social interaction and independence for our residents.
Through careful assessment of each resident’s individual needs and abilities the Activities Coordinator will design and lead group and one-to-one activities which enhance quality of life for each resident.
