A leading emissions control company is seeking a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the UK emissions retrofit market. The role involves managing existing customers and developing new business opportunities across various sectors, including rail and marine. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in sales, particularly in the engineering or manufacturing industries. This remote-based role offers autonomy and a competitive salary package.
Emissions & Retrofit Solutions | UK (Remote-Based)
Eminox is a leading designer and manufacturer of exhaust after‑treatment and emissions control systems, supporting customers to meet the latest emissions legislation across on‑road and off‑road applications. Our solutions are supplied as original equipment, full retrofit systems, and aftermarket products.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to support and expand our presence across the UK emissions retrofit market.
This is a UK‑wide, remote‑based role, working closely with distributors, installers, OEMs and end users across:
The role will have a 50/50 split between managing existing customers and developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on value‑led selling and long‑term customer relationships.
You will act as the key interface between customers and the wider Eminox organisation, ensuring customer needs are understood and translated into commercially successful solutions.
You will be a commercially driven sales professional with strong experience in engineering or manufacturing environments, ideally within:
Experience working with distributors and installer networks would be advantageous.
