Role summary

As our Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in selling digital solutions. As a motivated and dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive, this is your chance to join our growing team and help us expand our presence in the UK market.

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Sales Development to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and prospects’ needs to inform business strategies.
  • Develop tailored proposals and deliver dynamic presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow ongoing business.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, development, delivery) to ensure we delight our clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years proven experience in business development within a bespoke digital agency or related.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑orientated, with a passion to succeed in a sales environment and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of new business wins and increasing revenue growth.
  • Demonstrable strategic and business vision.
  • Well organised and able to deliver accurate and concise information and reporting.
  • Strongly capable with internal systems (MS Office, CRM etc.).
  • The freedom to travel, as required, to client offices and to our HQ in Havant, Hampshire (mandatory when required).
Desirable
  • Experience with Hubspot.
  • Experience selling custom software solutions.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies (AI for example).
