Customer Account Coordinator page is loaded## Customer Account Coordinatorlocations: Derby, United Kingdom: Derby, Rolls Royce, GBRtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR104761***Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey!*****We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to work out of our customer site in Derby.**As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.As a **Customer Account Coordinator,**you will work alongside our Incora customer team, providing first class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed.You will be the person who helps to resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders to reach a swift conclusion.**This role will require you to work a 3 week rotating shift pattern: 06:00 - 14:30, 14:00 - 22:30, 20:00 - 06:30 and will be based at Rolls Royce MMC, Wilmore Road, Derby, DE24 8BD.****About You**You will be exceptional at working on your own initiative, have good Excel skills, be able to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and have an ability to prioritise workload.You will have a proven track record of working within a B2B customer service role; with strong negotiation skills to allow you to reach solutions.
