What You’ll Do

As our Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind a spotless environment. Your day will include:

  • Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
  • Managing PPE and cleaning materials.
  • Conducting team meetings and identifying training needs.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness.
  • Completing audits and preparing KPI reports.
  • Hands‑on cleaning duties to keep accommodation and offices sparkling.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus!).
  • Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft apps.
  • Driver’s license would be an advantage as some driving will be required.
