A children's residential care provider in Lancaster is seeking a Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker to build relationships with children and families, support their care plans, and assist junior colleagues. This role requires experience in residential childcare and a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care. Compensation: £31,398 - £33,474 / year (Up to £34,800)

- Proven experience in residential childcare
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
- A full UK driving licence – essential for transporting young people and attending external meetings
- A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
- Be able to work shift patterns including sleep‑ins (Rota plan given in advance but likely to be 2 on 4 off)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
