A leading IT services firm is seeking an Operations Specialist (Associate I - BPM) based in Nottingham to maintain consumer and commercial data integrity and manage SLAs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update consumer and commercial data within client systems accurately.
  • Manage and execute key client and supplier Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to operational queries from internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Oversee client mailboxes and handle communications in accordance with SLAs.

Location: Nottingham, NG1 – Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Immediate start. Fixed-term contract for 12 months with possible extensions.

Candidate must have full right to work authorisations in the UK.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining consumer and commercial data integrity using client systems and supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update consumer and commercial data within client systems accurately.
  • Manage and execute key client and supplier Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple workstreams.
  • Respond to operational queries from internal teams, clients, and suppliers promptly and effectively.
  • Manage workloads to consistently meet SLAs and raise issues when necessary.
  • Provide operational guidance and support to wider teams to resolve queries quickly.
  • Oversee client mailboxes and handle telephone communications in accordance with SLAs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to client policies and procedures.
