• Ability to assess complex applications and inspect high-risk buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-risk building control cases including high-rise and public buildings.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and allied legislation.
• Coordinate emergency responses and lead assessments of dangerous structures.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support team development.
• Maintain client relationships, set fees, and contribute to service growth.
