A leading IT services company is seeking a Senior Professional Systems Analyst to support insurance software for the London Market. The role requires strong skills in SQL Server and the ability to resolve client issues effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in software support, demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, and provide mentoring to team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience using SQL Server.

  • Experience in BA or second line software support role.
