A leading beverage retailer in Oxford is seeking a Part-Time Team Leader to enhance customer experiences and ensure operational efficiency at their store. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands‑on Part‑Time Team Leader to help drive exceptional customer experiences and support the smooth running of our Westgate store. Full training will be provided.
Delivering a ridiculously amazing customer service experience
Preparing and serving crepes, waffles, ice cream, and shakes
Making ice cream in store for our shakes–yes, our ice cream is made in store!
Operating the till, serving customers, and driving sales
Opening and closing the unit, including cashing up and stock management
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Driving sales and profitability through excellent service
Consistently maintaining operational standards
Motivating, coaching, and incentivising the team to maximise performance
Leading by example and supporting the team during busy periods
Experienced in a similar leadership role within a food retail environment
Part-time role
Minimum shift length: 4 hours
Weekend availability required
