Job summary
A regional convenience store chain is seeking a management team member for their location in Wakefield, England. Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with current distributors and communicate regarding orders.
- Help with hiring, training, and supervising team members.
- Create team member schedules and ensure shifts are covered.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and control inventory supply.
- Ensure shelves are stocked by rotating and replenishing merchandise.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily/monthly accounting reports.
- Assist with the daily operation of the station.
