Job summary
A leading food processing company is seeking a Dryer Packager for its Wakefield facility. This role involves proper packaging, sealing, labeling, and stacking of finished product containers, along with maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Candidates should have advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Less than a high school education is required. Responsibilities
- Maintain overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation of dryer areas.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly master sanitation schedules.
- Verify final weights of finished products.
- Ensure proper packaging, sealing, labeling, and stacking of finished products.
- Perform pre-operational inspections and pull lab samples for production.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance personnel.
- Follow start-up and shutdown procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
